WORKSHOPS

Take your outdoor adventures to another level with our hyper-focused workshops at the NZ Fishing Hunting & 4x4 Expo!

We’ve put together a workshop schedule packed with informative talks from boating, off-roading, fishing, hunting, and outdoor experts to ensure your next outdoor adventure is better than ever before. Whether you’re into fishing, off-roading, or hunting then there will be something for you to learn at one of these exciting sessions.

Each session is 25-45min long and starts on the hour. Where time allows there will be a Q&A session at the end of each workshop.

SATURDAY WORKSHOPS

SATURDAY 10AM: PREFLIGHT FOR YOUR 4×4 hosted by Vita from Sky Automotive.

Before you head away, give your 4x4 a proper pre-flight check. This practical session covers basic checks, preventative maintenance and lessons learned from working with both vehicles and aviation. There’ll also be time to share your own close calls, breakdowns and lessons learned - because sometimes the best advice comes from what went wrong.

Ned will also share practical home butchery tips and food utilisation techniques to help you get the most from the whole animal. Following the tutorial breakdown, Neddy will put those skills to the test with a second carcass, seeing just how quickly he can process it. It’s a practical, hands-on look at venison processing from field to table, with plenty of tips you can take home and put to use yourself.
