EXHIBITOR FAQS

The NZ Fishing, Hunting & 4x4 Expo isn’t your typical city trade show – there are a few things we do differently (and some things that are probably commonplace). Here are some of the answers to our most common questions we get from exhibtiors in the lead up to the expo.

  • Booth sites are generally sold in 3m width increments (3m, 6m, 9m, or 12m) and are all 3m deep*. In some instances booths may be a custom with upon request.

    *The physical wall panels are only 2.4m deep which allows you .6m to push out into the aisle to increase visibility to your site. It’s a great space to put signage, display racks, or promo material to draw people into your site.

  • Booth walls are 2.3m tall. Your side walls will be 2.4m deep*.

  • Please check the site you booked. If it is a ‘clear floor site’ that does NOT include power. If you have a ‘booth site’ then you DO have standard power.

    If you require power to your site an dit is not included, please contact us for a price. If you are in a booth and need more than a standard powerboard supply please contact us.

  • No we do not include additional spotlights for booths. The venues have excellent lighting that negate the need for spotlights. If you would like spotlights to feature something on your site please contact us.

  • Yes! For each of our expos we partner with an exhibition hire company to build our booths and provide equipment & furniture. Please contact the below companies to order directly from them. If you would like us to order on your behlaf a 15% surcharge will apply to the hireage rates.

  • Each site comes with TWO exhibtior passes. If you need extra they cost $10+GST each and will be invoiced post event (or you can pay by cash or card at registration).

  • Pack in is from 12noon-7pm on Thursday, and/or 8am-2pm on Friday.

    All sites must be set up and ready for trading by 2pm Friday ready for 3pm opening.

    Pack down can start from 4pm on Sunday (not sooner) until about 8pm*. Please do not pack down before 4pm so that late visitors can still have the full expo experience.

    NOTE: Large items such as boats and vehicles can be packed in/out earlier/later upon request. Please contact us to discuss.

    *If you have freight to be collected on Monday that is fine. Please see our team about the appropriate location to put these for pick up when you get to the expo.
