FOOD TRUCK APPLICATIONS FOR 2026 EXPOS IS NOW CLOSED.

Thanks so much for your interest in being part of the New Zealand Fishing, Hunting & 4x4 Expo — we really appreciate food vendors reaching out and sharing what they offer.

Food at this event is a bit of a balancing act for us. We work closely with each venue’s exclusive catering providers, which means there are limits on how many external food vendors we’re able to bring in. On top of that, the spaces we do allocate are focused on a small number of core food categories — typically low and slow barbecue, seafood, and unique offerings that complement (rather than duplicate) what’s already available on site.

For our 2026 events in Rotorua and Nelson, we’ve already filled all available food vendor spaces and unfortunately aren’t able to take on any additional food trucks.

That said, we do manage a range of other events across Aotearoa that may be a great fit. If you’d like to be considered for future opportunities, feel free to get in touch with details about your menu and the regions you operate in using the form below, and we can keep you in mind.
